How to Book your car hire in Cyprus

Please view our Cyprus car hire rates and other information in this site and choose the car group for your needs.

Then fill out this simple

As soon as we receive & verify your car hire request, we shall email you (within 24 hours) a net quotation with an approval booking code. Please note that this is a time consuming process and we kindly ask you to study our car hire prices and other information in this site before submission.

Car hire Booking Terms

A 10% non refundable deposit will be asked, in order to enable us confirming & securing your car hire booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery the car. However - for peace of mind - you may proceed with full payment at once. For cancellation & refunds read Cancellation Policy below.

Choose the right car group

Please choose your car group according to your individual needs (e.g. number of persons, luggage, engine capacity etc), we will not be responsible if the booked car has not enough room for your family and/or luggage, nor if you chosen the wrong car group. Changing the car at the time of delivery is not always possible.

Minimum car hire period

Minimum car rental period is 4 consecutive days

Driving license

Your national or international driving license is accepted and must be presented at the time of rental.

Car Availability

Cars are booked by group. We can not guarantee any particular make. However every effort will be made to supply the car make requested or to upgrade to a higher group.

Gasoline

All cars are supplied with full tank. Exact amount will be charged upon delivery, according to the current rate.

Payments

Payments are made by credit card through our 100% secure server or by phone.

Cancellation Policy

--Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the car hire date: Pay original deposit.
--Cancellations made 6 - 1 days prior to the rental date: Pay 25% of the total amount.
--No show: Pay 100% of the total amount.
--Note 1: If you have paid a more than 10% deposit and you wish to cancel your booking - up to 7 days prior - then appropriate amount will be credited to your card account.
--Note 2: If you are cancelling your booking from 6 - 1 days prior, the company reserves the right to bill your credit card with appropriate differences as above mentioned. If you do not show up, the company reserves the right to bill your credit card with the full amount.
